  • How do I sign up for

    First you need to create an account. On the homepage you can easily sign up and login.  Once logged in, you can click on a video and when you get to the video player page you get the payment options.

  • What is the price for a film or series?

    1 episode in HD: € 5,99 (available for 48 hours)

    Series in HD: €24,99 (available for 10 days)

    1 episode in 4K: €8,99 (available for 48 hours)

    Series in 4K: €34,99 (available for 10 days)

  • What are the payment options?

    We accept several credit cards, iDeal and Bancontact. All payments are processed and secured by Adyen. We don’t store your payment details.

  • I want to cancel my account

    To cancel your account, log in and go to your account settings, purchases and just hit cancel.

  • I can't log in anymore


    Make sure you’re using the same email address as when you signed up. If you forgot your password, don’t worry. When logging in you can always click on ‘forgot password’  and you will get a link in your email to reset your password.

  • I forgot my password

    Don’t worry. When logging in you can always click on ‘forgot password’  and you will get a link in your email to reset your password. In some cases the email might end up in your spam (or promotions) folder. Make sure you check these folders if you don’t receive an email directly to your inbox.

  • I can't play videos


    If the video doesn’t play, here is what you can do:


    1.    Clear browsing data and restart your browser. Chrome:

    -    go to ‘settings’

    -    click on ‘history’

    -    click on ‘clear browsing data’

    -    check ‘browsing history’ and click ‘clear data’



    -    go to ‘history’ and ‘clear recent history’

    -    set the ‘time range to clear’ and click ‘clear now’



    -    Go to ‘Safari’

    -    Select ‘Clear history..’

    -    Select a time range to clear and click ‘clear now’


    Internet explorer:

    -    Click ‘internet options’

    -    Go to ‘general’ for  ‘browser history’ and ‘clear’

    -    When clearing, only select: ‘cookies and browser data’, uncheck all the others.

    -    Click ‘clear’


    On iPad:

    -    Go to ‘settings’

    -    Go to ‘safari’

    -    Tap ‘clear history and browser data’


    2.    Restart your modem or router. Switch off your computer. Unplug your modem and router (if they are two separate devices). Wait for a while and reconnect your devices and wait until all the lights stop flashing. Turn your computer back on and try again.


    3.    Update your browser If your Internet browser is not up to date, it could cause problems for streaming. Try to update your browser.


    4.    Check your internet speed If you have a slow internet connection, try watching the films in a lower quality. You can change these settings in the right bottom corner of the video by clicking on the settings icon and choose on of the options available.


    5.    Are you using Adblock or an antivirus program? Switch these off when you’re playing the video


    6.    Chrome users: are you using an extension for data collection? Switch this extension of when you’re playing the video. Still having video playback issues?   • I can't see any subtitles

    Please click on the [CC] button in the bottom right part of the player and select your language.

  • Can I watch videos on my tablet or phone?


    Absolutely! Our platform has a responsive design and watching videos is available on all devices. Sidenote: Watching videos on a mobile device requires a good internet connection.
