The Sauce Is in the Glass
Each guest brings a wine they made themselves, and a surprise: their favorite wine made by someone else, tasted blind. Andreas creates the best possible dish for the producer’s wine, then has to improvise a second one for the mystery bottle with whatever is in his fridge.
As he cooks, he explains every choice: what he tastes in the wine and why each ingredient makes the pairing work. It is a method you can use at home, with any wine and any dish.
A famous winemaker brings a bottle from their own cellar and tells its story.
Andreas designs and cooks a dish to bring out the best in that wine.
A mystery wine, tasted blind, and a second dish improvised from the fridge.
Why it works, explained step by step, so you can pair like a sommelier.
