Fredrik Lindfors is a Swedish sommelier who won the Swedish Sommelier Championship in 2016 and 2017 and the Nordic Sommelier Championship in 2017. He was head sommelier at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm and finished fifth at the ASI Best Sommelier of the World contest in 2019.
