Jeannie Cho Lee became a Master of Wine in 2008, the first ethnically Asian person to earn the title, and has lived in Hong Kong since 1994. She is a professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a wine consultant to Singapore Airlines, and her books include Asian Palate, Mastering Wine for the Asian Palate and The 100 Burgundy.
